deux days deux blogs...2 for 2

Hello again. Big shout out to my first and only follower Meredith. So today was a great day in my personal world. We made French onion soup, or as they call it......wait for it.......Soupe a l'Ognion. Seriously amazing !@#$%. Yesterday we made sticks or fonds from scratch. Just to let let you know, the intent of this blog is just to get some thought off of my mind: some about going to culinary school in Paris, others about music, and generally whatever pops into my head. i also post videos of music i think is cool and videos i think are funny.

Well i guess it all had to start somewhere right?

Away we go i guess.  I am an American from Los Angeles, CA living in Paris for 1 year stating 2 weeks ago.  I am attending culinary school here and it is amazing.  Anyways, if anyone is looking at the post, i already have to apologize for any misspellings, seeing that this damn french keyboard configuration is just plain confusing.  But I digress, here is something cool i found this week.  hope this works.  if not: try,try again......isaiah toothtaker
